GATHERING IN BALI


GALA DINNER
An option for exciting gala dinners with Balinese theme and venues, Balinese atmosphere is everywhere once guest enter the beautifully decorated Balinese entrance and fabulously-attired Balinese
usher/receptionist with Balinese traditional costume would do their warm welcome ready to escort all the way to the venue.
We created Gala Dinner venue with scheme color table at your choice, white color for enchanting, gold for glamour and black for elegance. Savor an array of exciting culinary journey through selected upgraded menu Set Gala Menu or Buffet Gala Dinner. All food served in the most appealing manner reflected as well through the artistic ice carving and fruit display on every buffet station, allow guests to dine and enjoy the Gala Dinner in the most authentic appraisal. And they could enjoy additional Balinese Culture as an optional performance such as “Legong Dance” during the Dinner for minimum booking 50 persons.
GATHERING IN BALI
1. One Night in the Fishermen Beach, Romantic Gala Dinner
It’s All about the fishermen village party to celebrate the catch and fresh grilled. It’s BBQ beach party venue will be in the Beach side, entrance by bamboo fences, and menu will be Seafood BBQ Jimbaran Style with Young Coconut Water for Welcome Drink( ready on the table before the guest come), the guest will welcome by Rindik Instrument and entertain by Fire Dance during the Dinner or course.
Decoration with Balinese umbul-umbul, Torches, traditional fishermen tools, timber boats, pool umbrellas, Sea Shells, anker and dry coconut Leaves. The seating arrangement: The timber boats will be converted as dining table & accommodate 8 peoples with Bench. Table Set-up will be with coconut leaves as table top, coconut & bananas center piece, dessert knife and dessert fork,  dinner knifes and dinner fork, paper napkin and high ball glass.

Dress Code : Casual.

F    Duration flow of service:
 1. Welcome procession from parking area to welcome reception area.

      2.  In the welcome reception venue. (Duration 30 minutes)
           a. Welcome; insert flowers to guest hear, welcome face towel
           b. Welcome cocktail; mock tail, cocktail and hot, cool canapés
                 c. Attraction the ocean group dance and continue with welcome dance
                   performance (sekar jagat dance)
3.  Escort to dinner venue;( 1 hours – 2 hours)
                  a. Buffet dinner
                  b. Balinese dance performance;
                        i   legong dance or
                       ii   kecak & fire dance
                      iii   Sexy Dancer & Fire dance
                      iv   Electone with 1 singer

2. GATHERING  RAJA LAYA GALA DINNER

Theme Dinner: Balinese decoration using Balinese Penjor, Umbul Umbul, torches, Banana Trunk,
                         Coconut Leaf and unique Balinese Gate

Dinning Table: Will presented by Black Table Cloth Covered with Red Prada (Balinese Linen) overlay,
                          And with the Balinese Vase as a centerpiece



Processions:
Guests Arrive; 2 or 4 Balinese Girls with Balinese Custom (called Lelunakan) will welcome the guest and presenting the flower continued with offering the welcome drink Balinese instrument will continue playing until all the guest arrive

  1. Guests having a seat; After all guest have a seat, the music stop and MC will announce the procession and present the Panyembrahma Dance

  1. Food Serving:
    1. Appetizer
Anoman (white monkey) will lead the 80 Balinese Girls line up in 2 lines who will serve the food. The Anoman will keep checking around, until all guests have their meal. During the service music will playing continuously. Once it done, we will presenting the “Oleg Tamulilingan Dance” to accompany while guests having their meal. After finished, again the anoman will lead the Balinese Girls to clear the dishes up with same formation

    1. Main Course
The procession will similar as the first one, however now Anoman is accompanied by Dewi Sita. During having the main course, we will present 2 dances (Cendrawasih and Margapati dances)

    1. Dessert

the procession is similar as the previous one, this time the girls will accompanied by “Okoan” (A Big Cow’s Necklace) at 10 persons commanded by Anoman using “Pecut (Whip) and they playing around in dinning area. Afterwards, we will present “Joged
 Dance” and the dancer will invite the guest to join and dance together

  1. At the closing, all participants will gather to do a group photo with the Girls and all dancers.           


3. Royal Night Gala Dinner

Royal party held all festive and solemn. Definitely makes glad the souls of ancestors who had died. May he bestow blessings to the new king. Venue on The Pool area entertained by Tek-tekan Dance or in our exclusive Water Palace, on arrival guest will receive a lontar hat made of a palm musk welcome with Tek - tekan song presented by 30 musicians using bamboo instrument and 20 "Obor" (torches).
Tek-tekan is bamboo orchestra, believed to have religious and magical power for driving away evil sprits. It is played when epidemic id feared and also one-day prior Balinese New Year " NYEPI" which occur every 410 days. Decoration with entrance gate made of woven coconut leaves umbrellas, traditional Balinese umbu-umbul, and Penjor (Balinese colorful decorated stick of Bamboo)

5. SUNSET GALA DINNER AT DREAM LAND

highly Spectacular, and in the afternoon we transfer to the party gala dinner at Restaurant Klapa Dream Land Beach while looking at the sunset
once we arrived, were greeted like kings in ancient times
The delegation paraded into the restaurant and begins with Klapa cokctail and mocktail party (choice of 3 hot or cold canapes with a mocktail and a cocktail).
A convoy of activities are also enlivened by the traditional art of traditional indigenous dress
Entourage get varied menu serving food, serving buffet. As it is located on the edge of a cliff with a very exotic atmosphere to see the sunset in the evening and of course menus that are provided are options.

Tempat/ Venue 
Place / Venue will all be decorated with ornaments such as Bali and Bali Penjor King - King Bali In the past, Bannerman - banners, trees, Unique Balinese gate decorated with two banana trees, palm leaf that has been formed in such a way that makes a very romantic atmosphere to be enjoyed.

 Meja Makan/Dining Table
The dining table will be decorated with black cloth trim and white in order to add to the atmosphere becomes more lively.











PROSESI”
All Groups will be decorated with beach wear to suit the place and the atmosphere of the beach, the group escorted to a place that has been determined by the Committee, prior to two beautiful Balinese girl who will welcome the entourage that accompanied by Balinese gamelan to where coktail.

Stage 1: Event Cocktail & Dinner,
Cocktail event for approximately for 15 minutes, aim for socialization among the participants and get to know more closer to each other among fellow participants so that an atmosphere of intimacy will be very visible here, until the music finished bali then MC will guide the next event, followed by Dance Panyembrahma
After Cocktail completed will be followed by dinner which will be hosted by MC, to organize events interspersed with combination Modern dance and  traditional dances, while enjoying dinner, as the cover will be presented with Live Music or Sexy dancer.

Dinner "Raja Laya” ( Dinner Sakral Zaman Dulu).

Dinner rajalaya merupakan dinner yang penyajiannya seperti raja-raja zaman dulu, Raja-raja zaman dulu yang memiliki banyak istri.sangat memperhatikan kebersihan tempat makan dan penyajian makanan juga sering menjadi pertimbangan dalam pemilihan suatu tempat makan  dan cara penyajiannya juga harus  menarik dan kalau perlu, semua penyajinya perempuan cantik – cantik yang ada di kerajaan tersebut dan ada Badut yang kocak, supaya Raja senang,Seperti  Tradisi ,Raja-raja Mataram Pajimatan, atau keraton Yogyakarta:
cara penyajiannya pun unik begitu kita datang, langsung disambut seperti raja-raja pada zaman dulu
Rombongan diarak menuju ke tempat makan yang telah disediakan akan mewarnai rangkaian tradisi, kegiatan Iring-iringan juga dimeriahkan dengan kelompok kesenian tradisional yang  berpakaian adapt tradisional  Rombongan mendapatkan sajian beragam menu makanan, penyajian prasmanan. Seperti yang terletak di dalam kompleks keraton jogjakarta hadiningrat ini sungguh eksotik.. dan tentu saja menu-menu yang disediakan adalah pilihan.

Tempat/ Venue 
Tempat/ Venue semua akan dihias dengan dengan menggunakan Balinese Decoration dan Penjor Bali seperti Raja – Raja Bali Jaman dulu, Umbul – umbul, pohon , pintu gerbang Bali yang Unik di hiasi dengan dua pohon pisang , Janur kuning yang yang telah  dibentuk sedemikian rupa sehingga membuat suasana kembali pada kehidupan jaman dulu.

 Meja Makan/Dining Table
Meja makan akan di hias dengan menggunakan Kain Hitam putih yang ditutup dengan Prada bali, di tata apik sehingga menambah suasana menjadi lebih hidup.

PROSESI “ RAJALAYA”
Semua Rombongan akan di hias dengan pakaian adat Bali di suatu tempat yang telah ditentukan oleh Panitia, sebelum dua Gadis Bali cantik yang akan menyambut rombongan yang di iringi dengan musik bali menuju tempat Coktail.

Tahap 1: Acara Cocktail
Acara Cocktail selama kurang lebih selama  30 minutes, tujuannya untuk sosialisasi antar peserta dan mengenal lebih dekat satu sama lainya antar Nestle se Indonesia sehingga suasana keakraban akan sangat tampak disini, sampai  musik bali selesai kemudian MC acara akan memandu acara selanjutnya,  yang dilanjutkan dengan Tarian Panyembrahma sebagai tarian selamat datang

Tahap 2: Acara makan/Main Course

A.       Menjelang acara makan
Setelah Cocktail selesai “ Anoman ( Kera Putih) akan mengatur Gadis gadis Cantik kurang lebih 80 orang, menjadi dua baris yang nantinya sebagai pelayan selama dinner /makan malam berlangsung.
Anoman akan mengecek semua aktivitas sekelilingnya sampai rombongan tiba di Tempat makan malam yang telah disediakan dan semua rombongan dapat tempat duduk dan makan, sambil makan malam akan di suguhkan tarian Tamulilingan

B.      Acara makan/main Course
Seperti acara program diatas, Anoman akan di dampingi oleh dewi sita (gadis cantik) akan membawakan makanan bagi  rombongan dan gadis gadis cantik akan melayani tamu tamu selama makan malam, kemudian diikuti oleh tarian Cendrawasih & Margapati”

Tahap 3: Dessert/makan penutup
Acara menyerupai seperti diatas gadis – gadis cantik yang dipimpin oleh Anoman yang diiringi oleh Musik “ Okokan” (kalung sapi besar) yang dimainkan 10 orang dan Anoman bawa pecut untuk menggiring tamu – tamu ketempat pertunjukan Jogged dance & Yuni sara, untuk ikut berdancing/menari bersama.


Tahap 4: Penutup
Acara penutup akan di akhiri dengan photo bersama dengan gadis-gadis cantik dan penyanyi Yuni sara ada ditengah –tengah rombongan
